Policy for ordering custom decorated cakes
Dear Customers,
Our custom cakes are not just cakes. They are works of art that are central to the celebration.
We would like to remind you that cake orders should be placed a week prior to the event date. The preparation of each one of our cakes takes usually days revolving all of different figures, layouts and designs. To make sure your cake order will be accepted and completed please place your order in advance.
Kindly have the following details ready when calling or e-mailing your cake inquiries:
- date required
- type of occasion
- number of servings being requested

ROUND CAKES
6" round = 10 servings
8" round = 18 servings
10" round = 28 servings
12" round = 40 servings
14" round = 63 servings
SQUARE CAKES
6" square = 10 servings
8" square = 18 servings
10" square = 28 servings
12" square = 40 servings
14" square = 63 servings
SHEET CAKES
9x13 = 36 servings
11x15 = 54 servings
12x18 = 72 servings

West Best Cakes offers delivery in Edmonton and the surrounding areas and charges $20 delivery fee.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
You can pay in CASH/CHECK upon pickup or delivery time. Online payments are available using Interact e-Transfer or PayPal to pay for goods or services.
We require $50 non-refundable deposit to place an order and the balance can be paid upon pick-up or delivery time.
PLEASE ENSURE YOUR CAKE IS CORRECT WHEN PICKING UP OR DELIVERED. We are happy to fix any mistakes on our part whenever possible.
